My Story
I developed an interest in holistic medicine from a young age but became completely inspired by both the simplicity and complexity of Chinese medicine and the parallels drawn between our environment and health. I love identifying these connections with clients and seeing them move towards self-regulation with a stronger understanding of their own health.
I completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in 2016 and continue to build on my knowledge and understanding of the human body through additional training and clinical experience.
My treatments are gentle, nurturing and hands-on with a blend of massage, reiki & craniosacral techniques. My passion or course is acupuncture and I utilise methods from both traditional Chinese medicine and Neoclassical paradigms. I aim to provide a holistic and sustainable treatment plan by discussing individualised dietary and lifestyle factors; to not just ‘treat you’ but to empower you as the master of your own health & facilitate a deeper understanding of your body.
With this range of skills I am able to work with clients towards their individual health goals in a variety of conditions. My specific clinical interests include mental/emotional well being and nervous system support, as well as women’s health/pregnancy support, and pain relief.
